Crispin Redhead

Crispin is a GYROTONIC^® MASTER Trainer and a GYROTONIC^® Pre-Trainer. He is certified on all the specialized pieces of equipment that GYROTONIC^® exercise uses. Crispin studied GYROTONIC^® therapeutic applications with physiotherapist Paul Horvath in New York City.

Crispin has been actively involved in the dance and fitness industry for over 30 years. He performed with the Toronto Dance Theatre, one of the major dance companies in Canada until 1992, appearing in performances all across Canada and Europe. After retiring from the company, Crispin gained popularity in the fitness industry, teaching aerobic classes at Toronto’s hottest aerobics studio, Body Alive. His accomplishments were recognized in 1994, with a Silver Medal in the Canadian National Aerobic Competition.

In 1992, Crispin became involved with Pilates. He continued his fitness journey, earning his certification with STOTT Pilates as an instructor and personal trainer. He is featured in many STOTT videos. Crispin earned a city-wide reputation for being a trainer who would be honest yet positive. His attention to form and knowledge of the body have earned him many long-time, loyal clients.

Leni Calosing

Leni is a certified GYROTONIC^®, GYROKINESIS^®, and GYROTONIC^® specialized equipment instructor and certified in GYROTONIC^® therapeutic applications for shoulder girdle & pelvic girdle. Leni has been passionate about movement and dance since childhood. She loved ice-skating, ballet and horseback riding. After studying art history and modern languages at McGill University, she continued her love of dance and acting at Circle in the Square Theatre School in NY.

During her post-partum recovery, she fell in love with GYROTONIC^® exercise and became a certified instructor in 2004. She deeply connects to the GYROTONIC^® method’s highly evolved support of the body’s natural and healthy way of moving.

Leni’s clients range from those recovering from injury & strokes, athletes in high-level performance training, as well as those who want to improve their overall health. She has seen how powerful this method can be in healing as well as in taking one’s athletic performance to the next level.

Leni is dedicated to helping others work towards their wellness goals and awakening them to new possibilities of movement in their bodies, and in their lives.

Leni is also a Certified Professional Life Coach (ICF member) and a 500hr yoga instructor.

Nancy Greyeyes

Nancy danced with Feld Ballets/NY, The Cleveland/San Jose Ballet, the Alberta Ballet and the Wilkes-Barre Ballet Theatre and is an award winner at the prestigious New York International Ballet Competition (1987). She has performed principal roles in Eliot Feld’s A Footstep of Air, The Jig Is Up, and Bloom’s Wake, Agnes de Mille’s Rodeo, The Moor’s Pavane by Jose Limón, Roland Petit’s Carmen and Serenade and Donizetti Variations by George Balanchine.

Nancy danced the Sugar Plum Fairy and Maria in The Nutcracker and the title role in Birgit Cullberg’s Miss Julie, among many others. Ms. Greyeyes holds a Master of Fine Arts in Choreography from York University, Society of Russian Ballet Associate Teacher Certification and is an Artistic Associate with Signal Theatre. Nancy is a certified GYROTONIC^® instructor and with years of physical practice and experience with injury and rehabilitation she brings a rich understanding of the human body and movement. Ms. Greyeyes is excited to share her knowledge and passion for GYROTONIC^® exercise to her clients.
